With 13 years of combined experience supporting children, youth, adults and families—including neurodiverse and vulnerable individuals—in various settings, Sara bring a deep understanding of diverse needs.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), an MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, and a Child and Youth practitioner, Sara takes a client-centered approach to help you cultivate self-worth, confidence, and meaningful change.
