Introducing Nutritional Counselling with Israa Jomma at Harmony Physiotherapy!

We’re thrilled to welcome Israa Jomma, Registered Nutritionist, to the Harmony Physiotherapy team!

Your health and well-being aren’t just about exercise and movement — what you eat and how you nourish your body play a huge role in your energy, recovery, and overall wellness. That’s where nutritional counselling comes in.

What Is Nutritional Counselling and How Can It Help You?

Nutritional counselling is a personalized, one-on-one approach that helps you understand how food and lifestyle choices impact your health and well-being. It’s not about dieting or restriction — it’s about learning how to nourish your body in a way that supports your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Through individualized guidance, you’ll discover how nutrition can improve your energy, digestion, mood, and overall vitality.

At Harmony Physiotherapy, our registered nutritionist, Israa Jomma, provides tailored advice to help you feel your best from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, managing digestive or hormonal concerns, looking to boost energy, or simply wanting to build healthier habits, nutritional counselling can empower you to make lasting, positive changes for your health and well-being.
